Here at Full Spectrum Scanning we have a close-knit team that allows us to be hands on with all of projects. Our main objective is focusing on the quality of product. We strive to offer a high-quality product and service that exceeds our clients' expectations. Secondly, the value of our service. We can maintain competitive pricing, discounts, or additional services because we have such little overhead. We believe that our responsiveness to our clients' needs and going above and beyond to provide a positive experience will likely be a win for all parties. 

We are working towards several short-term & long-term goals. One of which is to be convenient.  Having a one-size fits all online form is another way we are streamlining our process. Plus, we are choosing to go paperless, whenever possible. These are small innovations that might make our services unique and client friendly. 

We are doing our best to go green by lowering our carbon footprint. By only using electric vehicles, instruments, & drones.  Another long-term goal we have is to only use solar or renewable resources. To double down on the green side, we would like to bid all renewable resource projects at cost. (Solar Farms, Solar Plants, Wind Turbines, hydroelectric dams, geothermal power plants, biomass energy, biofuel projects)

The original intent of this venture was to work primarily with point clouds and data registration. Which quickly branched off into a professional service to the public, where we are entrusted to protect the interests of all parties involved. We are licensed in California to practice land surveying and land planning. We have one part 107 licensed pilot who flies the drone & post-processes the photogrammetry. We accommodate real estate photography & reality capture upon special request. Another way we are bridging the gap with our fellow Californians is having two bilingual employees on staff to field the Spanish speaking clients. We're currently in the process of being certified as a "Disadvantaged Business Enterprise", through California Unified Certification Program & a "Small Business Enterprise" through the California Department of General Services.

Equipment & Software

We are big believers in branding, using reputable hardware and products. This means investing in the industry leading software. We have agreements with Trimble Business Center with Advanced Scanning Module, Trimble RealWorks, Trimble Access, and Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, Pix4dMapper, and MicroStation. For instrumentation we have decided to stay with Trimble. The Trimble SX-10 coupled with the TSC-7 is perfect combo for setting up conventional survey work and transitioning into the laser scanning workflow. The proprietary software (Trimble Access) of the data collector allows us to go field to finish much faster. Once we have satisfied our QA/QC'ing in TBC, we export the data into Civil 3D formats. All of mapping projects are finalized with C3D. Which is the most robust software package for land surveying. Upon request we can provide MicroStation dgn file format. Between TBC & C3D we feel confident to ply our wares and know that our work will stand the test of time.

As a green company, we have committed to Tesla for our mode of transportation, which is essentially a software company, that happens to make electric cars. We are leaning forward by making the changes we want to see in the workplace. Using electric cars is the most viable option we have. Which enables a two-person crew with all the equipment to reach the jobsite with little to no cost.  Along with the tax incentives, this allows us to keep our costs low and pass the savings onto the client.
